At the heart of the Conference Centre located adjacent to the hotel lobby and accessible via a separate private entrance is another spacious lobby area, which doubles as a reception, breakaway and refreshments area. The main hall named Ankara has a seating capacity of 880 guests, while the three smaller meeting rooms  Antalya, Bodrum and Istanbul have a capacity ranging from 58 to 120 people.
The entire conference centre provides a variety of technical services including state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment and high-speed internet access. Their expert team of event organisers takes the hassle out of arranging the most complex meetings and events, whilst their culinary team delivers any type of catering service from refreshments to a spectacular banquet.

For group reservations, all the meals are part of the ultra-all-inclusive package throughout their stay and private seating can be arranged on request in the resort’s à la carte restaurants. Gala dinners can also be organised subject to a surcharge.
